Among these services is to give you an on-site construction manager who will guide you through each step of the construction process. This may include procuring any necessary documents, managerial accounting including standard costing, activity-based costing, lean accounting, and marginal costing, in order for you to make fully informed business decisions.
This site manger will consult, organize, suggest, and put together whatever is necessary to
insure the project goes according to your plan and your needs.
Before constructions begins:
Everyone knows that a well planned strategy is essential well before construction begins.
We will work with you to review your budget, and project time schedule.
Any services that you may need that are not part of our company will be fully accredited and vetted before your project begins, to insure that you are getting the best possible quality while keeping within your budget.
How we manage your project:
Getting all of the necessary permits is only the beginning, and we don’t stop working for you until the final project is complete. We stand behind everything we do to be sure you, the customer, gets exactly what was promoted and promised. Our construction manager will monitor and advise each of the construction teams, in order to insure that the entire project is following the plan that we have set, keeping you, the customer, apprised of any concerns that may arise.
